Hi Rick,

I'm not a descendant, but I'm a distant cousin of Maria Emeline. According
to my records, she was the daughter of John DeWitt and Rachel Hannon (? -
1827). Rachel was the daughter of my 3rd g-grandparents, Henry Hannon, Sr.
(c1752-1832) and his wife, Margaret (c1766-1839). I am descended through
their son, Henry Hannon, Jr.

I don't have a lot on her, but I'd be happy to compare notes if you are
interested.
