Thank you Sharon

Your mild prompting of how to acess New York genealogy, answered a burning
question I have had cluttering my desk for over five years. Neil McMullin,
Treasury Loyalist, Kingston resident 1792+ had slipped off to Fort Ontario
(Oswego, NY) and is credited as the first resident of Oswego after "the
British abandonned it." He arrived circa 1796, with a frame house that had
been built in Kingston.
