Bill is right.

This should have been sent to the listowner (on the Upper
Canada list that's me). As our Welcome Message and our
Upper Canada sigline clearly states, Virus Messages are
NOT to be sent to the list!

If you have concerns, write to me. If I decide a notice needs
to be sent to the list, I'll send it. Please do not respond on
the Upper Canada list; if you are concerned write to Bill
privately for more info.
