Looking for any help , direction or information on the parents
of a
Geo. Robert Buchanan , born 10 ,Oct. 1827 , in
Upper Canada , --- where ?? -- --stated in census records
that his father was born in Scotland and his mother in Vermont
, he married in Derby, CT , 1851 , Mary Jane Oviatt --- he
died in Newark , NJ , in 1881 --- he was a Hatter by trade I
need record of his birth in Upper Canada and names of parents
---- his ?? Buchanan father must have come from Scotland
prior to1827 ...
Are there any relatives / Buchanan family in Canada which
has a George Robert Buchanan born in 1827 ?????
