Hi Alvie.

It is possible that an index exists but I cannot at this moment
tell you where to find it. It is likely that a genealogical or
historical society for the Port Dalhouse or Lincoln County area
may have indexed that area. I have copied the Ontario-L mail
list with this message and possibly someone there might be able
to help you - even to the point of doing a search for you.
They
are a very helpful group.

If you check the Rootsweb list of mail lists there may be one
specific to Lincoln County.

I have seen your name in the ROOTS List a great deal about
Canadian census and thought you might be able to answer a
question. I am looking for a single man who lives as an adult

Port Dalhouse in Lincoln County, Ontario about 1851. Is there

way to find an index for this particular census? I have search
for the census but cannot find it. Any help is appreciated.
