P. P. Bunnell, S.B. Pioneer Resident, Dies

Pearl P. Bunnell, 74, a 70-year resident of San Bernardino and retired auto wrecking firm owner-operator, died yesterday in a San Bernardino hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mark B. Shaw Chapel, according to the widow, Mrs. Grace Bunnell.

Rites Tomorrow for S. B. Pioneer P. P. Bunnell

Services for Pearl P. Bunnell, 74, a resident of San Bernardino for 70 years, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Mark B. Shaw Chapel. He had operated the firm of Bunnell Auto Wrecking at 161 E St. before retiring in 1935.

Mr. Bunnell died Saturday at a San Bernardino hospital. He and his wife, Grace, lived at 1525 N. Lugo Ave. at the time of his death.

Mr. Bunnell was a native of Burrwell, Neb., and lived a year at Moreno Valley before his family moved to San Bernardino in 1893.

Survivors, in addition to the widow, include two daughters, Mrs. Eileen Hanson and Mrs. Ruth Charbonneau, both of San Bernardino; and four grandchildren.

Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery.

The family has suggested that friends, who so desire, may send contributions to the Arthritis Foundation in lieu of flowers.
