ONTARIO -- Carl Schiro, 73, a 67-year resident of Etiwanda/Ontario, died March 10, 1986, in Ontario.

He was a retired rancher and a native of Italy. He was a member of St. George Catholic church.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Schiro of Ontario; a daughter, Michele Schiro of Santa Cruz; a sister, Trudi S. Blair of Ontario; and a granddaughter.

Rosary will be recited at Draper Chapel, Ontario, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Mass of the Christian burial will be celebrated at St. George Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Friday. Entombment will be at Bellevue Mausoleum, Ontario. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Draper Mortuary.

Carl Schiro, 73, of Ontario died March 10 at home. A retired rancher, he was a native of Piana degli Albanesi, Italy, and an Etiwanda and Ontario resident 67 years. He was a member of St. George Catholic Church, Ontario; the Sons of Columbus No. 92; and the Rancho Cucamonga Elks Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Ann; a daughter, Michele Schiro of Santa Cruz; a sister, Trudi S. Blai of Ontario; and a granddaughter. <snip:burial info> Memorial contributions may be made to the Mary Louise Griffith Heart Fund at San Antonio Community Hospital, Upland. Draper Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
