Emelienne Aubin

SOMERSWORTH — Emelienne "Millie" Aubin, 88, formerly of Colonial Pine
Village, died Saturday April 28, 2001 at the Rochester Manor after a
brief illness.

Emelienne was born on October 11, 1912 in Rollinsford and was the
daughter of John and Mary (Bourgoin) Berube. She was raised in
Rollinsford and was educated in the local school system. She lived in
the Somersworth area for most of her life. Prior to retirement, Mrs.
Aubin had worked for nearly 25 years with Somersworth Shoe. She was a
communicant of St. Martin Catholic Church and held membership in the
Sacred Heart Society.

Family members include a son, Conrad Aubin of Somersworth; two sisters:
Florence Perreault of Rollinsford and Delia Morgan of Andover, Mass.;
three grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jonathan Aubin and Jennifer West; and
three great-grandchildren, Casey, Sydnee and Payton Aubin.

She was predeceased by four brothers: Wilfred, William, Eugene and
Arthur Berube; and by five sisters: Rose, Clara, Marion, and Celia
Berube and Nadia Perreault. Her husband Edgar died in 1976.

Calling hours at Bernier Funeral Home 49 South St., Somersworth will be
on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial, with
time to be announced, will be celebrated in St. Martin Catholic Church,
West High Street, Somersworth, with Rev. Robert Biron, Pastor as
celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Somersworth.
Donations may be made in her name to a charity of one’s choice.
