Joseph Kingwah "Polynesian Joe" Wongchoy Jr.
Joseph Kingwah ""Polynesian Joe'' Wongchoy Jr. A native and lifelong
resident of New Orleans, LA died on Saturday, August 27, 2005, at the age of
57. He was the beloved father of Lauren Nicole Wongchoy, Jennifer Lynn
Anthony and Megan Marina Orlando. Brother of Harry H. Ledbetter, Jr., Lotus
Lynch, Mae Lin Reugger , Adra Johnson, Cathi Ledbetter and Theresa Bruhl.
Stepson of Harry H. Ledbetter Sr. Nephew of Walter and Olga Pichon, Gloria
Della Valle, Anthony and Morris Della Valle and Jeanne Buccola. Also
survived by nieces, nephews and beloved friends. He was a Building Inspector
for the City of New Orleans and a Local Business Owner. Relatives and
Friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Wednesday,
November 2, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. from the Funeral Home of Bagnell & Son, 75212
Lee Rd., Covington, LA. Friends may call after 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made payable to the Joseph Wong Benefit Account for his
daughters, Attention: Adra Johnson: 54267 Addison Road, Independence, La
