Subject: David and Hiram Cox
Hello:
My great-grandfather's two brothers, David Cox and Hiram Cox were both killed on the same day at Chancellorsville, May 3, 1863. They were in the NC 34th, Company A. Does that make them my great-great uncles? I thought their older brother, Isom Cox. was also in the war but haven't been able to find him. If he was, he must have enlisted at a different time in a different regiment. Would love to hear from others. Judie Eads
