Now, we are supposed to be mind-readers and understand what each individual
AB member is really thinking when he/she makes, seconds and or votes on a
motion.

Having had the information as to the difference between a Service Mark and a
Collective Service Mark, the AB voted to secure a Service Mark.......Well,
(for comparison) the three-member committee appears to have been authorized
to secure a "Milky-Way" and are going to come home with a "Snickers."

I know the question is why I care, since it appears the committee is going
to secure the proper mark. I care because it makes me wonder what will
happen when the AB makes any decision. Currently, they are voting on a
motion to accept Esse as Board Secretary. Unless I've missed a vote, it
stands at 9 to 4 for passage. Now, in light of the interpretation of the
Service Mark approval, are we to assume that Esse will be accepted and Quark
will become the actual Secretary?
