At no time, did we ever have a secret mailing list as
Board Exec supposedly was. It was a closed mailing
list to discuss what is being discussed openly on the
board list right now. So far, there has not been any
grievances come up. It will be interesting at the
least as to what the board will do then.

converstaion, Teresa was out of order. The
recommendations should have come from Holly as she is
the NC. If Teresa wanted to make the recommendations,
she should have made a motion and used them as
suggestions. Just who is in charge? Teresa or Holly?
This is where the Parliamentary procedures come in.

As you have already stated, mass confusion and havoc
with no set rules of how to run a meeting. Plain and
simple. Whether in cyberspace or not, rules have to be
followed if you want a orderely and sensible meeting
