It seems that once again that most of this list is again the victim of
Smoke and Mirrors. ARTICLE XV. PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY The USGenWeb
Project shall be governed by accepted parliamentary procedure, except in
those cases where such procedure conflicts with the existing bylaws of The
USGenWeb Project. This does not mean "Robert's Rules of Order Revised",
"The Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure" by Alice Sturgis, or any
other "parliamentary procedure". As there are non that apply to our
specific needs. None are ruled out and none ruled in. So we are left with
finding what will work for us from the many accepted parliamentary
procedures.

I asked before the election if Teresa really expected to be able work with
the same people that she belittled and propagated false hoods about. She
answered that it did not matter because they would have to find away to
work with her. That it was not her problem. Many or most of ones running
said that they would have no problem working with Teresa. Well now you need
to prove it. Most all of the little fires from before and now are the smoke
that Teresa has created. Perhaps it is time you found a way to see through
the smoke and put out the fires. New rules and motions are not the way. You
have all the rules you need. You need to do what the Bylaws tell you your
jobs are.

The National Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration
of
The USGenWeb Project and serves as the public representative for the
project. The National Coordinator shall preside at all meetings of the
Advisory Board, serve as an ex officio member of all sub-committees, and
maintain the national organizational mail lists (i.e., State Coordinators,
Advisory Board, and any appropriate sub-lists).

The responsibilities of the Advisory Board shall include: addressing any
problem issues as they arise, aiding the state projects upon request,
overseeing elections, advising and mediating, if necessary, any grievances
or appeals, and appointing a Webmaster to maintain the national website.

I am sure that most of you have quit reading by now. Anyone that can not
help with the goals of this project and continues to interfere with the
business of this project should be asked to find another project that suits
them better.
