The Bylaws Revision Committee (BRC) has completed a first draft revision for
Section 4 of Article VII Advisory Board Procedures.

Section 4. Voting records of the Advisory Board shall be posted publicly.

Members are encouraged to send comments or questions related to this or
other revision drafts.
