Per the below notice from Fred Smoot, Assistant State Coordinator, TNGenWeb
will co-sponsor the bylaws amendment submitted by WVGenWeb. The notice was
submitted to the Advisory Board and placed on the USGenWeb-All list as per
the bylaws.

The webmaster is requested to include TNGenWeb as co-sponsor on the national
website.
