Annie,

Thats because the log indicates the robots.txt file is coming up with oodles
of errors. If their spiders can't find the document first, they won't check
the site over well. At leasts that's my semi-pro version of the story.

I have experienced the graphics and loading problems before, and on
occasion, I still do. They now go away clickly if I hit F5 to refresh,
whereas before, the site would not load correctly or at its worst, at all.

Other than that, I think we just need to do another research project and go
through each link, one by one, like what Linda BB did.

Tina, one thing I think we should most definitely add to the site is a
prominent "Contact Me" form to send an email to you or to Linda.

It may sound silly, but I have gotten emails from people asking who are they
supposed to email if they like something or have a problem and they are used
to seeing a "contact me" link, whereas we have a small comment about
comments should be sent to the webmaster.
