My answers to your questions:

1. My answer is also yes, that if the NC and/or AB rep to the EC have to be unsubbled, a substitute member of the AB should be subbed in their place.

2. My opinion is also that any correspondance to the membership from the EC should go to the AB first, especially as they are acting as a sub-committee of the AB.

3. I think it would be a good idea to bring eligibility requests to the AB rather than just the NC. That way the SC/CC reps would be aware of a potential isee with eligibility and help clear things up.

4. My opinon on this one is that the NC/AB receive notice before the other lists. Whether they also post to the lists, or whether the NC/AB does, doesn't matter as much to me, as long as the NC/AB gets the news first.
