Tina,
My answer is the same as yours.

1) the AB Rep acts as the AB's contact person for the EC and handles all communications between the AB and the EC.

2) The AB Rep and the NC, as the Ex-officio member to the Advisory Board, conduct the election of the Election Committee Chair and the Publicist/Secretary.
