Is there some particular reason that if we had an excellent webmaster that
worked well with the site and the AB, that we should have to rid ourselves
of them after four years? I don't understand the reasoning here.
I do look at this and find myself thinking that this is sort of a contract
to take over the website of some National Company for which one might earn
maybe a hundred grand a year. While I realize we need a job description and
some rules, this is still a volunteer organization. Kind of scary IMHO.
