Excuse me but I believe to start with that discussion of opinion is not the
same think as making a decision. The -ALL list and the problems it creates
project wide are being discussed in several arenas as it ought to be.
Please don't spread the fear-mongering to this list.

I am not an SC and I am not on that list but their discussing it to me
seems quite appropriate. I would like to see some discussion of it here as
well. What do the rest of you think?

1. Is there a need for a project wide list for CC's?

2. If so, what can we do about the frequent flaming and ugliness by a
handful of people that has driven many CC's off the -ALL list and quite a
few right out of the project?

Bridget or Yvonne, would one of you repost the quidelines for this list. I
think a number of people have joined here since that was last posted.
