Amen to the let's not start that here.

However, I want to know if there are rules. Early on I asked and was told
they were being written. I never received any. Are they now being sent to
new subs? If so, why weren't they sent to "old subs."?

It is impossible to play by the rules, when one doesn't know what the rules
are.
