The SCs aren't going to do that...we just discussed if it would be a

Seems they've been discussing the fate of the -ALL list over on the
State-Coordinators list. Seems the State Coordinators are deciding the
fate of this list --the CC's list-- without bothering to inform its users,
the CCs. Seems that the State Coordinators don't want the CCs (or other
project members) to have an independent voice in the project, or at least
not one they can't control.
Their fear of honest, open debate speaks volumes.
