Hi Jeff,

I have read your email from the Archives, and it would appear that you could
have a point here. Obviously, I am no parliamentarian, but voting by the AB
has been common practice since I have been a member of the organization.
If, in fact, you are right, I'm wondering then if a precedent has been set
after all these years.

I, for one would be interested in your ideas of what could or would have to
be done to rectify such a situation.

As far as using the rules only to benefit myself, I don't think that I have
done that. I try, to the best of my ability to interpret the rules and
apply them fairly. Much of my *lurking* on lists comes from listening to
others perceptions and trying to formulate a fair opinion.
