I don't believe so, but I've never seen one keep going when discussion by the AB
members is wanted, & just ignore the statements of "protest". Sturgis clarified
that this cannot be done. We're either going to use Sturgis or we're not. We
can't just do it when it suits us

Not if discussion is still going on, which it should've have been, so "legally"
& according to pp, it was appropriate.
I agree with Mike that we need some procedures set. I am sure those could be
ignored just as pp has.
Having gotten a very late start, I'm off for a bit of fun right now.
