Thanks Roger!

Now I have a question for you. Shari (I think) has suggested that Kathi
and Cyndie be allowed to serve until the person for the new seat can be
elected. Is this legal, given that the seats they occupied have been
eliminated?

Also, would it be legal under the bylaws and/or Sturgis for the Board to
appoint one of them to be the new Special Projects rep until the special
election can be held? I'm not finding anything in the bylaws or Sturgis
that would prevent this, but I could be missing something. It would be
a difficult choice between them, but it would satisfy the issue of the
Special Projects being without representation until the special election
can be held.
