Again, a totally false assumption.
It had several supporters even before it was submitted.
Truth: No motion can pass unless it is permitted to go to vote.
I don't think you even read the motion David, otherwise you would know what
it does not say, and would not repeat what it does not say.
Please try to be more accurate.
