The Board isn't going over any line with this. From what I can tell all
the Board members that spoke up on this matter are not in favor of
pursuing it in any fashion.

The hoohah started with some boiler-plate phrasing in one of Jeff's
numerous suggestions for procedural rules, and people seem to have
latched on to it all out of proportion to its intended importance in the
great scheme of things.
