I suspect that we have no board at all then! :-) It would be a mighty tough
AB member who hasn't done that at least once.

Seriously, no one much has agreed with my comments to date, but no one
except our NC has even responded to my suggestion that spelling out a
resignation procedure might be good. I realize it wouldn't be as much fun
for many observers, but it wouldn't be as irritating to some others, and it
surely wouldn't take up nearly as much time.
