First of all, I would have to know both sides of the situation before
knowing whether to recommend the relinking of the CC, or not.

But, if the recommendation was for the SC to relink the CC and the SC
refused, the next action would be taken based on the CC's reaction. If the
CC went quietly into the good night, that would be the end of it.....

However, if the CC appealed the recommendation, I would then propose that
the standing procedure for removal of an SC be considered. That requires a
2/3 vote of the AB to begin the procedure and steps to follow from there.

As for allowing that CC to participate in a poll that could lead to a seat
on the AB, prior to any reinstatement by the SC, I would be opposed to that.
I would like to know of other organizations that allow non-members to
participate in their Board decisions. I do know that from time to time,
consultants are called in for their opinions, but they do not have a vote.

Here's a question for the membership in general: If the AB considers a
person has been wronged who has been delinked by the SC and the decision
made by the State's CCs is to not remove the SC, <thus endorsing the SC's
actions>, could the AB give that person special status....that of being a
member without a State.....removal of the State logo, but not the USGW P
logo, that member linked to only from the national main page, that member
being subject only to the AB and allowed to only vote on the RAL and NC?
