With a quick scan I couldn't find this passage, but if I remember from
my first reading this is more or less a review of the Grevience
Committee. To make sure they followed the correct steps and
interpretation of the bylaws.
Quite often when a case is sent on to a higher court of law there is
simply a review of the original trial to make sure due process was
followed. No testimony is involved. This is much the same thing.
I wish you had given the section.
