Reply,

This pursuit after the dastardly vote-frauders is, in the words of the Bard, "Much Ado
About Nothing."

The only thing that can be said for this voter-fraud dog and pony show is that it
allowed the current NC/AB to avoid confronting the real meaningful issues facing USGWP
this last term.

Those issues are:

Legal recognition of USGWP
Legal retension of donated data
Membership protections including membership meetings

Sure, I would agree that voter-fraud has occured in USGWP's past, after all, one Texican
RootsLady even offered lessons on how to beat the USGWP voting system. That is why she
was annointed with the "Double Voter" moniker.

I even have reason belief that one USGWP member was using an alias to hold a county
webite. However, I have no absolute proof that the LC's name on the county page was
alias, nor do I know if the alleged phony LC ever registered to vote. I contend that the
whole issue of voter fraud is difficult to prove, and in any case, miniscule indeed and
not worthy of the almost year long effort it has received.

What if the ivory tower politicos finds someone guilty of double voting and takes action
against him - and ruins that person's reputation in the process? Then later, it is found
out that the guily culprit was not guily after all - and even worse, the NC/AB had
actually committed a willful act against an innocent person. So the harmed LC brings
suit against USGWP. The rub is, USGWP is not registered anywhere so it can't be sued.
But its "members" can be sued. That means you and me. IMHO, I would prefer not to be
sued because of a willful act of the NC/AB.
