As indicated elsewhere, Scott apparently intends for the motion to only
pertain to printed materials. Apparently this means paper publications,
and if that were the case concerns about non-members displaying the logo
would be moot. However, the motion as worded now is much broader than
this and references "written materials or publications." This would
encompass websites and ezines and other forms of electronic
publications. I don't think using the "friends of USGenWeb" logos (do
those even exist anymore?) would be appropriate for the purposes Scott
intends now.
