OK you want proof that Sherri said that mediators and arbitrators had to be approved by the AB and then never brought them to the AB because obviously none of the AB knows of them. Here is an email with headers to prove that one:

This is fine, Diane.

Please submit the names of the three that have agreed to stay on as a 'slate' of volunteers so we'll all be 'legal' in that the AB has approved them as members.  Doesn't need to be fancy, we just need to get it on the books.

Thanks,
SHerri

I personally think she'd be very good as long as the grievance doesn't involve Colleen, Gail Kilgore or David Samuelsen.

The confidentiality issue has been brought to the AB members EXCEPT Colleen & Gail (kicked them out while it's discussed).  I'll let you know within the next 72 hrs - that's the time limit I set to start with (had to give them a length of time to be 'legal').

I'll email Laverne in a minute and reiterate exactly what you sent  - don't know if it will make any difference or not though.

If we are going to get Colleen on the confidentiality issues then we might
not need to. Totally up to you, might not be a bad idea, I am sure we will
need one for mine as well...joy joy.
Between the 3 of these I am about ready to drive to wherever they live and
shake the crap out of them smack them across the face and say wake up and
read can't you see that it plainly states you can't say anything during the
process or after?! LOL Before fine and dandy talk all you want but after it
is accepted or it is rejected or whatever then you can't say squat. I guess
some people just don't get it. <vbg>

Ao, don't tell me Sherri is all innocent. I also have emails where she was speaking out on the GC mailing list as was Tina. Tina was even participating in a discussion of a grievance of a grievance in which she is a member of the state the grievance was against.
The NC and RAL will lead you to believe the do everything above board, but trust me they do not!

Let me ask a question.  What is it you expect the rest of the project
members to do with the unsubstantiated accusations that have been
posted?  Do you really expect project members to join you in "your
cause" and vote to impeach the NC or whomever else you are accusing
of wrong doing with no proof?

If someone believes this strongly that they have concrete proof of
wrong-doing, then yes, they should post it and risk losing everything
or they should keep it to themselves.  Posting accusations is
pointless.  If someone is so afraid of posting the "truth," afraid
that they will be "kicked out of the project," then I don't
understand why they would want to stay and be a member of that
project.  If I truly believed this project was as corrupt as some of
you are claiming it is, it is time to abandon ship and do something
else with my valuable time.  I don't believe for one minute the
accusations that are being hurled at the NC or other AB members.  I
believe all this is, is trash talk designed to undermine the AB, just
as has been going on for years.  We have never had an NC or an AB
that wasn't accused of dastardly deeds that were going to bring the
project down.  Guess what?  It is still here, still strong and growing.

Let the AB do their job and quit questioning every move they
make.  If you don't like one person or the job they are doing, then
don't vote for them the next time.

Betsy
