Do something like the old USGenWeb Newsletter and *CONTINUE* to publish it each month

This seemed like a good idea until they *STOPPED* doing it.

Update the newsletter once a month or more and have the State Coordinators
send an update notice out to all of the County Coordinators. A lot of states
have a monthly roll call at the beginning of each month, have the SC send out the notice
then if you guys can get your stuff together and have something new to communicate
by the 1st of each month.
