Just to purge the fog of GC issues:

I understand that the query express program resides on a RW server.

I understand that query express submissions remain on the county pages to
which they were submitted.

If those assumptions are correct, then I have Questions:

Is this what we want, everything on our county pages and none of that on a
state page, none in archives anywhere, none available to Ancestry.Com? Is
that the kind of system we are talking about?
