Hello Again Karen,
Since my post in response to this note on Sunday, I have learned a little
more about this process that we are undertaking.
I had believed that it was a linear procedure to adopt the GP and my forward
of the amendment link was supposedly a demonstration of that. The motion
itself I have discovered is to give the authority to the procedures once
they are adopted. I am going to forward a note from the chair of the GPC,
explaining this in a much better fashion than I can.
I would like to ask the members of this list to forward the motion before
the AB right now (06-13), with the links to the Grievance Procedures
document, to their state lists. It would be very nice if we could insure
that our whole region knows about this document. Please feel free to
forward my original post from Sunday that contains the motion and the links
to the document or cut it out of this note below. I would like to hear from
everyone about this either on list or privately.
Thanks for the feedback and Happy 4th of July!
