Hi Robert...........Yep, getting frustrated with a 'government agency' is not 'new news'..........I've "been there-- done that" several times.
And........like you I've had to pay.....but one heck of alot more than you paid......and in most cases what I received was not what I expected to get for my $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.......I thought I would get more "bang for my buck"....but that was not the "norm."
Anyway.............send me you list of ships and I'll see what I can scare up for you..............give me some idea what your attempting to find........or to research and I'll see what I have in my files on these particular ship histories.
