The only thing I have found is perhaps the father to Mary in 1870 Census -
JJ Stoecklin, his wife Mary both born Switerland living in Gasconade County,
Hermann, Missouri they had a grandson (I concluded grandson due to the age -
him being 7 and JJ and Mary 58 and 54, living with him by the name of
August. Perhaps August and Mary's son?? or is that a stretch?

Anyway that is all I have found in the Census records.
