I am also a descendant of Phebe Hincks who married Ebenezer Toothaker.
Phebe was a descendant of Mayflower passengers James Chilton, his wife,
and daughter Mary Chilton.

The connection is documented in the Mayflower Ancestral Index, compiled
by Milton Terry and Ann Borden Harding, published by the General Society
of Mayflower Descendants, 1981.

The marriage of Ebenezer and Phebe is documented in The Hinkcleys of Maine,
Picton Press, among other sources.

I believe Ebenzer Toothaker was also a Mayflower Descendant, of Elder William
Brewster, through his father's marriage to Margaret Thompson, who is also
documented in the Mayflower Ancestral Index.
