Subject: [UTCACHE] 1870 Census for Clarkston & Newton UT

Thanks to Larry D. Christiansen, the town censuses for Clarkston and Newton
Utah have been transcribed and can be seen on the Cache Co. "Census" link.
Then, scroll down to the Federal Census menu and find their links under 1870
date. This was the first census for these newly formed towns.
