Hi Everyone

This is my first posting to the Utah list and I am hoping someone might be
able to help me track down the family below.

Mary Neale - born Abt 1803 in Arnold, Nottinghamshire, UK (According to the
IGI but I couldn't find a baptism in Arnold Parish Records)
Married William Ford - born Abt 1796 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, UK (Census
1841,51, 61). I believe William died betwenn 1861 and 1871 as Mary is a
widow in 1871.

I believe this lady is my 4th great-grandmother. I think she was in the UK
in 1874 as Mary Ford is the informant on the death certificate of my 3rd
great-grandmother (also called Mary) in Newbold, Derbyshire in 1872 after which
she vanishes from the UK records.

The IGI has references to her death in Utah, but no date.

I had access to the 1880 US Census for a while and have found Emma Hatch,
born England, age 38 in the household of Ransom Hatch. Mary Ford, born
England, age 77 is listed as Mother. They were living in South Bountiful, Davis,
Utah. (Enumeration District 14, Page 4)

Mary Ford, nee Neale did have a daughter named Emma born in Newbold,
Derbyshire abt 1841 who I have lost in UK records after the 1861 Census.

If anyone has any information they can share with me about Mary or Emma or
indeed any other connection with the family I would be very grateful to here
it.

Many Thanks

Kate (in Notts, UK)
