This is a good question. I just found out a couple of days ago that the
cemetery where my paternal grandparents, g-grandparents and many family
members are buried has grown up. I was told the reason for this was that the
man who owns the property around the cemetery has put padlocks on the gate
entering the cemetery and a double-fence around the cemetery. I was also
told that he is abusive to those trying to visit or clean the cemetery.
Does anyone know if there is a law concerning this?
