When I saw the Paxton references, I forwarded the e-mail from the list to my
aunt, who is a Paxton and who is very active in the genealogical study of
her family. According to her,
"I can tell you there are NO Neighbors buried in the
Paxton--Looney/Looney-Paxton cemetery located in Redbrush, Craig Co. That's
the cemetery where my family is buried and I have been there several times."

When I asked whether there might be a mass grave with no marker, she
replied,
"No mass grave in the Paxton-Looney cemetery. Its a very small cemetery and
all graves are marked. I have no idea where the mass grave of the Neighbors
family is, sorry."
