Hello again.

I was just checking the census for 1810 for North Carolina and found the
following:

Lincoln COunty--Sally Cobb 26-44 years old

Living in the house with her were the following:

Males----2/10-15, 1/16-25
Females--2/10-15.

I know from experience with my own family that Sally was a nickname for
Sarah. This seems to fit with your Sarah's age.

There is also a listing for a Widow Cobb. This woman is over 45 years old.
Maybe it is James Mother. Let me know if I can be of any more help. Just
don't get discouraged. I can not tell you how many brick walls I have had
to take down, Piece by Piece. Happy Hunting!
