I found Squire Lee in Clarke County, VA in 1850:
District 12, p. 181B, Household 185/185

Squire Lee, Male, 44, Shoe Maker (or Shoe "Maller" or "Mather"???)
Alcinda, Female, 46
John, 22, Male, Shoe Maker
Christopher, Male, 18, Ditto (to Shoe Maker)
Betsy/Bitsy, Female, 20
James W., Male, 14
Ludwell, Male, 12
Lucinda, 8
Elisa L, Female, 6
Margaret, Female, 4

All born in Virginia.

Do you have Squire and Alcinda's marriage?
From "Frederick County, Virginia Marriage Bonds" by Joan Hackett and Rebecca Good,
p. 176:

September 5, 1826 Squire Lee and Alcinda Alexander. Bondsman: Robert Beavers.
