Linda,

Unfortunately the 1890 census was lost so I checked the 1900 VA index, but
didn't find any George JENKINS living with a mother named Ann or Elizabeth.

The 1930 VA / WV index shows a George W. JENKINS with wife Edna but
that George was born 1898 in MD.

I didn't see any other results that were a match.
