Hi Everyone,

For those of you who cannot afford these NARA applications, I would advise

KNOW THE APPLICANT. HER CHILD, WHO IS APPLING,IS NAMED MINNIE ROSS. SHE HAS
NO INDIAN BLOOD. PERRY ROSS IS THE FATHER OF THIS CHILD.
PERRY ROSS AND ELLA RUSHUM WERE LEGALLY MARRIED.. THEY WERE LEGALLY DIVORCED
IN THE COURTS. PERRY ROSS RECONIZES MINNIE AS HIS CHILD. SHE, MINNIE LIVES
WITH HER MOTHER.
I KNOW THAT PERRY RECONOZES MINNIE AS HIS CHILD. MINNIE HAS BEEN TO SEE HER
FATHER SEVERAL TIMES. HE IS NOT MARRIED AGAIN. I KNOW THAT MINNIE AND PERRY
WERE LAWFULLY MARRIED. A MAN NAMED JOE SMITH A PREACHER, MARRIED THEM. PERRY
ROSS IS A HALF BROTHER OF MINE ON MY MOTHERS SIDE. MINNIE IS ENROLLED BY THE
DAWES COMM. # 36232 (FREEDMEN).
