Hi Bill,
I checked the Gloucester Clerk records. William T. Puller's birth is
recorded for 17 July 1870. I did not find Mary Elizabeth Fletcher. Her
siblings are listed beginning with John Fletcher for Feb 20, 1877. Maybe
they lived in another county until 1877.
