Do you know who were Benjamin's parents, this is suspiciously close to
my James in Loundon County, and back at that point there weren't very
many. Most show up a little latter. About the time he dies.

I can tell you more about Mary than I can about the other children. Mary
Spencer and Benjamin
James are my ancestor's. There are lots of James in Loudoun Co. Va.

Benjamin James born ca. 1765 died 1831 in Loudoun Co.VA.
married 19 Apr. 1795 Mary Spencer born ca. 1774. died ca. 1830 daughter
of John Spencer and Icy Snow :

Their Children:
1. Elizabeth James b. 13 may 1796 - married 4 mar 1848 to George
Sullivan

she died 14 Aug 1867

2. Nancy James born 23 Dec 1797 VA - married Benjamin Redmond 16 Dec
1813
- She died 22 mar 1819. They had two children Andrew James Redmond b.
about 1815 and Mary Ann Redmond b. about 1818.

3. Joseph James born 27 Nov 1799 and died 21 July 1800

4. Icy James b. 17 may 1801 married Bayless Foley 23 Dec 1823. Icy died

5.Sarah James born 28 Sept 1803 - married John James 19 May 1829. She
died
21 July 1829 [John James first cousin son of William James]

6. Susannah James b. 20 June 1806 and died 12 Sept 1882

7. David James b. 17 Apr 1808 married Amanda Bowen Feb 1832.

8. Mary Jane James b. 24 Aug 1810 - married Job Turner 8 June 1844. She

died 5 Jan 1873 - two children Charles S. Turner b. about 1849 and
E.Turner b. about 1852.

9. Abigail James B. 11 Oct 1812 - married William Foley 9 Feb 1835 - she

died 31 July 1869 [William brother Bayless, father William ]

10. Aaron E. James born 20 Feb 1815 married Mary Amose 28 Dec 1842 -
