Hi Ted,
Where and how do you find this information? I have been looking for some
Michael Sinnet/Senet/Sinnot's and have never been able to find a list of
names. They were on the 1860 in Patterson Depot, Hampshire Co., VA. Do you
have a web site?
In a message dated 9/3/2009 9:30:22 P.M. Central Daylight Time,
writes:
In checking on the regiment, it had 487 men taken POW's, and no Glenn
among the names.
Now considering the fact that he did sign the oath Feb 14,1865 at City
Point,VA. He may
have done this, given a choice between prison and going home.
It is a fact that when the end was near, many took the oath and many
hundreds deserted
the confederate army. But there is no Glenn among the 487 men captured.
